My Paint Experts started the way a lot of great things do — with a young person who found something they were good at and kept showing up. Our founder picked up a brush at 19 and never really put it down. That was 33 years ago.
The early years were spent on new construction sites across the region. It was steady work, and it built a strong technical foundation. But something shifted about five years in. Working directly with homeowners felt different. There was more at stake for them, and that made the work more meaningful. Homeowners have pride of ownership. Helping someone fall back in love with their home — that turned out to be genuinely fun.
So we made the switch to consumer-based painting only, and we never looked back. Today, My Paint Experts serves homeowners and property managers across the Portland metro and Wine Country corridor, including Beaverton, Hillsboro, Lake Oswego, Forest Grove, Sherwood, Newberg, McMinnville, Yamhill, North Plains, Cornelius, Bethany, and Northwest Portland.
We handle interior and exterior painting, cabinet refinishing, exterior wood stripping and restaining, soft wash, and moss treatment. Whether your siding needs a fresh coat, your kitchen cabinets need new life, or your deck has seen too many Oregon winters, we have the experience to do the job right.
